Three Months Old
Juliana is doing wonderful. She is really starting to talk a lot now. She is such a happy baby. She makes me laugh all the time. She is starting to want to touch things now. It's exciting to watch her learn. Her little smiles take up her whole face, but when she wants to be angry she can. She has officially learned the "pouty" lip. She is such a joy to everyone.

Juliana is doing great. She's growing so much. She learns to do new things every day. She has now learned how to "talk." Her little noises are adorable and she gets so excited when she's making them. She is always going though. There are not many "cuddle" times with Mommy. She needs to be moving some part of her in some way. As you can tell from the second picture of her in the swing, she has an attitude. Well, that was to be expected. I'm teaching her the ABC's, her numbers, and how to read. It is slow progress, but I know she'll get it soon. She sends love out to everyone, and we miss you.

In Our New Home
Well, we are here in Michigan now. The trip up here was very exciting, and very long, but Juliana made it. She doesn't want to see her car seat ever again, but she made it. We are living up here in Zachary and Patti's basement. The bedroom and bathroom are finished, but Zachary still has to finish the kitchen. He has been out of town working this week, but he's been so great. Everything looks wonderful. Juliana has her crib now, and has started to sleep in it across the room from her mommy and daddy. Nathaniel said it felt like we were leaving her all alone far away. I agree somewhat, but it is nice to sleep a little better. I will post some pictures soon, but things have been so crazy that I haven't gotten a chance to get it all together. Tomorrow is Halloween and Juliana and her cousins will be dressing up and going out to visit grandparents. I will definitely post pictures of that.
Nathaniel is still trying to get his transfer to go through at Walmart. Prayers would be appreciated. It sounds as if they want to hire him, they just have to get some kinds worked out. I hope that happens soon. We are doing well, and really enjoying our new home.

Getting Ready for the Big Move
Well, the day has finally arrived, and we are headed off to Michigan to start our new life. We are all really excited and also really scared, but we truly believe that this is where God wants us to be. The moving and packing has been very exciting. Nathaniel and I stayed up late packing up last minute things and Juliana was awake as well. The first picture shows what happens when Daddy plays with Juliana while Mommy works. Yes, my daughter is lying in an empty cabinet. Oh well. Anyway, Juliana is growing so much every day. She's getting long and gaining weight. Nathaniel and I think she may be around 11 pounds now give or take. She is starting to use her voice when she makes noises as well. It's so much fun to watch her try new things. Her smiles make my day. :) I think Juliana will be happy up in Michigan, but we'll see how she enjoys the trip up there. Car seats are not her favorite thing, but we're hoping she'll sleep a lot. The rest of these pictures are nothing special, but just cute things throughout our days.

Our Silly Little Girl
Juliana is growing more and more every day. She is starting to be much more alert. She will now follow her mommy and daddy with her eyes when they walk away. She is also starting to grab things now. She's doing great at holding her head up and getting better every minute. She's always wanting to learn more and more. These picture are of her lying on her boppy pillow. When she started her head was on the pillow. She then proceeded to push her way farther and farther off. As you can tell, she's becoming more independent every day.

These pictures are just showing how cute she is. She's yawning, which is adorable. The second is just.....well, it speaks for itself. The last one is when she's going to sleep. She's showing off her little chipmunk cheeks.

Growing Prettier Every Day
Juliana is starting to become more grown up every day. I know it's hard to believe, but she learns new things and tries new things every day. I still don't think that she acts like a normal newborn. She is starting to smile more now too. She'll be looking up at me, and I'll smile and make faces and she will smile. It's so cute. These pictures are just kind've random, but cute. The first one is just adorable. She's in a little sleeper and cap which is sooo cute! The second picture is just a cute one of her on the couch wearing an outfit from her Aunt Mandy. The next one is a picture of the back of her head, so you can see just how much hair that she has. It's so soft! The next one is of her playing on her boppy pillow. The last one is of this past Sunday in her first little dress. She looked so adorable and so girly! Anyway, Juliana is doing great, even though we think that she might be a little colicky, but we're working on that.

Doctor's Appointment
Juliana went the the doctor today. They were concerned that she wasn't gaining weight like she should. When she was born she weighed 8lbs. 12oz, today she weighed in at 9lbs .6oz. She is still the same length, but the doctor said that she is in the 72nd percentile for weight and the 81st percentile for height. He was very, very impressed. I think that she is going to be fine. Juliana is also starting to get a real personality. She does very well at holding her head up for almost 20 seconds at a time sometimes. The other day when I put her on her back on a blanket, she rolled over on her side, but not all the way. I think she's trying to grow up a little too fast, but when you're that smart, how can one hold her back? These pictures are a good example of how she does when she's almost done eating. These pictures show a good representation of her mother and her father. :)

At Home and Settled
Now Juliana is at home. Her schedule consists mainly of eating, sleeping, staring at her mommy and daddy, eating, sleeping, and staring some more. She doesn't do very much yet, but I can already tell that she's wants to learn and grow up soon. She is already trying to hold her head up on her own, and can stiffen her legs and try to stand on your lap. I think that we've definitely got a child prodigy on our hands. :)
